Position Benefits for 10 month Certified Staff contracted to work 30 hours or more per week

  • Flex Benefit Allowance (FBA) is given when enrolling in Health Coverage equal to the HealthChoice High premium each month.  If opting out of Health Insurance, the employee will receive $69.71 a month as salary in lieu of Health Insurance.

  • Oklahoma Teacher Retirement System (7% of salary) - OPS pays $2,500 of teachers’ TRS contribution; this contribution is prorated for teachers who are contracted to work fewer than 180 days during the school year.

  • The district will pay for half of the employee-only health premium.  If opting out of Health Insurance, the employee will receive $69.71 a month as salary in lieu of Health Insurance.
