Health Benefits Summary & Coverage

The Summary of Benefits and Coverage as mandated under the Affordable Care Act can be found at OME / Employees Group Insurance Division.  A printed version can also be viewed at the Human Resources Office.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program is specifically designed to assist all district employees and their dependents with challenges and life events, including but not limited to, family, anger, depression, marital conflict, relationships, stress, parenting, separation/divorce, alcohol, drugs, job-related, grief, mental, emotional, and many other areas.

The EAP allows employees and/or their dependents an opportunity to meet with a licensed counselor for up to three (3) sessions per person per challenge/life event per year.

The services provided through this benefit are completely confidential. Please be encouraged to use this benefit. You can contact the EAP directly at 918-594-5232 or 800-221-3976. Licensed mental health professionals are available via these numbers 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

The EAP is provided through CommunityCare of Oklahoma and is one of the best in this region. For more information, please see the attached document.
