American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 - Elementary and Secondary Schools Emergency Relief Fund (ARP-ESSER). Public Law Number 117-2


In order to support student learning with funds received through the ARP Act of 2021 Owasso Public Schools will:

  1. Provide for safe in-person instruction consistent with CDC guidance.

  2. Address learning loss/gaps through evidence-based interventions.

  3. Target students who are underserved or disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

  4. Maintain continuity of services for students and staff including SEL, mental health, student health, and food services.
