Owasso Public Schools utilizes an electronic flyer communication and delivery tool called Peachjar. This green initiative will save our schools and community partners tons of paper and reduce copy costs by thousands of dollars. Additionally, posting school flyers with this electronic tool removes a significant administrative burden from teachers, office staff and volunteers.

No action is required on your part. You will receive a welcome email from Peachjar that includes a username and password. This is provided to give you the opportunity to manage your account and flyer delivery preferences. You do not need to log in to receive or view school digital flyers.

To ensure smooth delivery of this communication, we suggest you add [email protected] to your email contacts. When you receive your first eFlyer, be sure to click “always display images.” With our Peachjar, the eFlyers will automatically be sent to the parent or guardian email addresses on file with the district and will be posted to an online flyerboard for easy access.

This system is used exclusively for the distribution of school-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared with third-party vendors or used for any other purpose. Thank you for supporting our efforts to ensure parents are well-informed about school programs, activities, and events.

Flyer Distribution Guidelines

Owasso Public Schools will approve requests for distribution under criteria as outlined in OPS Policy 1.05A.

No materials will be distributed that contain religious or political content and/or advertising overtones which may be beneficial to any particular group or business at the expense of others. Generally, for-profit organizations will not be allowed to distribute materials to students. Exceptions will be made for those organizations working in cooperation with school groups in the organization and promotion of approved fundraisers directly benefiting Owasso Public Schools or a student group.

To Request Flyer Distribution

Our district wants families to know about district-approved community programs and resources offered by organizations like yours! Peachjar charges a fee for this service, which is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers. There are many additional benefits to using Peachjar—clickable buttons that take parents directly to your website, flyer performance reports, and not to mention the time saved driving from school to school!

To submit your flyer for district approval, review OPS Policy 1.05A and follow the steps below. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.

Go to ‘Post & Notify’ in your account to submit a flyer

After you hit submit, your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district for approval. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents and posted on each school’s web flyerboard for your selected duration of time.
