InTouch Receipting

Owasso Public Schools uses an online payment system, InTouch, to make it easier for families to pay for student fees, fundraisers, donations, field trips and more. All OPS campuses accept online payments using credit cards and Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

The InTouch system provides a convenient way for parents and guardians to make payments for their students without the worry of sending cash or checks to school. Families can also view their payment history and digital receipts online.

To use InTouch for online payments, parents and guardians must have an account in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. The PowerSchool Parent Portal is the same system used to view a student's attendance, grades, classes and more.

  • Parents with an existing PowerSchool Parent Portal account should visit ok-owasso.intouchreceipting.com and follow the directions on the screen. Once logged in, parents can view and pay outstanding obligations and select from available options, including field trips, parking permits and other school-related purchases
     

  • Parents without a PowerSchool Parent Portal account should contact their child's school office to obtain an ID and password. Once an account has been created, they can access the InTouch system for online payments. Parents may also make payments at their child's school by cash or check.
     

  • If you are not a parent but would like to shop Owasso Public School's online offerings, you can create an account to purchase items.

All cash and checks handled at OPS campuses will be receipted through the InTouch system allowing parents to have access to digital receipts for all student purchases made at school.
