2022 Bond Information

The Owasso Board of Education voted to accept a bond proposal at its special board meeting on Jan. 24, 2022. The bond included two resolutions that totaled $83,960,000. The Owasso Community approved both resolutions in the district's special election on April 5, 2022.

Descriptions of Proposed Bond Projects voted on 5th day of April 2022:

Proposition No. 1

to acquire and install equipment throughout the district to include but not be limited to; technology hardware/software, devices and copiers	$16,490,000.00

to acquire equipment throughout the district to include but not be limited to; textbooks, instructional materials, fine arts equipment and library materials	$11,800,000.00

to acquire equipment and perform improvements throughout the district to include but not be limited to; security upgrades, fire panel replacements, kitchen equipment, bleachers, parking lots, HVAC, carpet, tile, furniture, band/athletic uniforms and maintenance equipment	$10,910,000.00

to construct, equip and/or acquire multi-use saferooms to include but not be limited to; Hodson Elementary and the 8th Grade Center	$22,700,000.00

to renovate/remodel and/or acquire the track facility to include but not be limited to; resurfacing, bleachers, track/band storage and restroom addition	$5,500,000.00

to replace/repair and/or acquire roofs throughout the district to include but not be limited to the High School West Campus	$10,000,000.00

to renovate/remodel and/or acquire the Wellness Center and Transportation/Warehouse facility	$2,875,000.00
TOTAL:	$80,275,000.00

to acquire vehicle(s) for pupil transportation	$3,685,000.00

PROPOSITION TOTALS:	$83,960,000.00
