Overview
- Effective Date: July 1, 2026
- New Pay Date: The 25th of each month
- If the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday, pay will be issued on the last working day before.

10-Month Contract Employees
Includes: Certified Staff, 10-month Admin Assistants, Paras, Instructional Assistants, Pre-K and ELD Assistants, Behavior Techs
10-Month Hourly Employees
Includes: Child Nutrition, Transportation, SPARK, Lunchroom Monitors
12-Month Contract Employees
Includes: Custodians, Maintenance, 12-Month Admin Assistants, Specialists, Technology, Enrollment, Coordinators, Directors, Executive Directors, Assistant Superintendent
12-Month Hourly Custodians

- Those with options will get a PAYROLL DATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION FORM in your Employee Portal in Sylogist.
