The Tulsa Health Department (THD) encourages students to receive their required and recommended vaccines soon. THD is pleased to offer walk-in availability for immunizations at select locations. Immunizations may be obtained at four convenient locations in Tulsa County:
Central Regional Health Center (315 S. Utica)
Walk-ins available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (other weekdays by appointment). Walk-in clinic hours extended to 6:00 p.m. on August 12th and 19th.
North Regional Health and Wellness Center (5635 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.)
Walk-ins available Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Mondays and Wednesdays by appointment)
James O. Goodwin Health Center (5051 S. 129th E. Ave.)
Walk-ins available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (other weekdays by appointment). Walk-in clinic hours extended to 6:00 p.m. on August 5th and 14th.
Sand Springs Health Center (306 E. Broadway)
Fridays only, appointments are required.
Parents can schedule appointments at a convenient time and location online at www.tulsa-health.org/back2school. Parents can also call THD at 918-582-9355 to schedule an appointment. Shot records and birth certificates may also be requested online.
Parents can request that THD staff enter an immunization record for those students who do not have a record in the Oklahoma State Immunization Information System (OSIIS).
Parents may also receive immunizations through their medical provider or pharmacy. The Oklahoma Caring Foundation mobile Caring Van will also provide free immunizations to those who qualify at child care homes, centers, schools, and community events. View their summer calendar
