Update Student Information

Follow these steps if you need to change any of the following information during the school year:

  • Home Address

  • Mailing Address

  • Telephone Number

  • Emergency Contacts

  • Email Address

    1. Using a computer, sign in to your Parent Portal account (the account where you look at grades and attendance). The smartphone app does not offer the ability to make changes to your student’s information.

    2. On the left side of the screen, select Year-Round Updates.

    3. Enter the new information.

    4. Press Submit.

    5. Take the proof of the new address to the school for verification

If you have an elementary student and the new address places your child in a different elementary school, complete steps 1 - 4 above and then take the proof of the new address to the Enrollment Center at 202 East Broadway. The Enrollment Center is open 7:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. They will confirm the new school and notify both schools of the student’s move.

If you do not have a Parent Portal Account, contact your student’s school office to obtain their ID and password.

If you have forgotten your Parent Portal ID or password, contact your student’s school for assistance.

If you do not have access to a computer or the internet, computers are available for you to use in the Enrollment Center. Plan to arrive before 2:30 p.m.
