Notification of Rights Under FERPA
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a Federal law that affords parents and “eligible students” 18 years of age or older certain rights with respect to their education records.

Lindsey Nicole Henry Scholarship Program for Children with Disabilities
The Lindsey Nicole Henry (LNH) Scholarship Act authorizes the parent or guardian of a public school student with a disability who is served under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) to exercise their parental option and request to have an LNH Scholarship awarded for their child to attend a participating private school approved by the State Board of Education.

Title IX is a federal law, enacted in 1972, stating that no person on the basis of sex shall be "excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal assistance."
