Teamwork is the strength of Owasso Public Schools. The mission of the Operations and Facilities team at Owasso Public Schools is to effectively and efficiently provide construction services, maintenance services, warehouse services, custodial services, and facilities services that support the students, staff, and patrons of this community.

The Operations and Facilities team consists of Brad Yokley, Director, two administrative assistants, and more than sixty custodians and staff members who work together in maintaining and cleaning our Owasso Public School buildings. The office can be reached at 918-272-8091 or 918-272-0720 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Forty of these hard-working personnel clean sixteen buildings each day and night. They also work behind the scenes setting up and tearing down after various programs throughout the district.

Warehouse personnel prepares instructional, custodial, and furniture stock items for daily deliveries. Requisitioned supplies and mail for the district sites are also the responsibility of three busy warehouse personnel.

A maintenance staff of fifteen includes grounds personnel, general maintenance specialists, a plumber, and an electrician along with several others who strive to keep our schools and buildings repaired and refurbished.

Coordination of new construction for Owasso Public Schools is an important part of this team’s responsibilities. New construction is an ongoing effort to keep up with growth in our city and district as well as maintaining and improving our current facilities.

Altogether, the Operations and Facilities team processes more than 1,500 work orders annually and cares for more than 250 acres of school property. These services are directed toward the pursuit of sustainability in the maintenance and operation of all facilities.
