2022-2023 Returning Student Enrollment

During the first week of May 2022, you should receive an email (or a letter if there is not an email address on file) for each student enrolled in Owasso schools. The emails or letters have an individualized SnapCode that allows you to fill out all pertinent information needed to enroll each student in your family who will return to Owasso schools for the 2022-2023 school year beginning August 11, 2022.

Step 1

In preparation for when your email or letter is received, you can gather the required enrollment documents listed below. Scan or photograph all of the documents before you begin online enrollment so you can upload those files when the registration link is available. If you are not able to scan or photograph the documents, you will have an opportunity to provide them to the school before the first day.
 

Required Enrollment Documents:

  1. A current full-page gas, water, or electric bill that shows the service address. If you do not have a utility bill because it is a new address, submit a new lease, deed or contract to build or purchase within 30 days of signing that document.

  2. If you are living with another family or individual, and your name is not on any of the residence document(s), we need #1 above and a Temporary Resident Affidavit (print to complete). This document must be new every year; we cannot accept an affidavit from a previous school year.

  3. Students entering 7th Grade must submit documentation of the Tdap booster vaccination required by the state of Oklahoma for students entering this grade. 

STEP 2

Access the online questions through the link in the email you received or manually enter the SnapCode in the link below. Once you log in, please answer the questions on each screen completely and as accurately as possible. If you need to change your home address, check the box that says “Add Information” under the address displayed on the screen.
