Update Student Information
Follow these steps if you need to change any of the following information during the school year:
- USING A COMPUTER, sign in to your Parent Portal* account (the account where you look at grades and attendance). The smartphone PowerSchool app does not offer the ability to make changes to your student’s information.
- On the left side of the screen, select Year-Round Updates.
- Enter the new information.
- Press Submit.
- Take the proof of the new address to the school for verification
If you have an elementary student and the new address places your child in a different elementary school, complete steps 1 - 4 above and then take the proof of the new address to the Enrollment Center at 202 East Broadway. The Enrollment Center is open from 7:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
If you do not have a Parent Portal* Account, contact your student’s school office to obtain their ID and password.
If you have forgotten your Parent Portal* ID or password, contact your student’s school for assistance.
If you do not have access to a computer or the internet, computers are available for you to use in the Enrollment Center. Plan to arrive before 2:30 p.m.
